burn PS2 games

i found the old thread about it but cannot find the patcher. any clues on where i can obtain a copy?

ok i found the patcher... burned it just like in the instructions. now i know some ppl said that it did work without the gameshark. can anyone confirm what games this does work on? i tried tekken tag team and it burned sucsessfully.. but will not play. any help would be great
