okay, this is becoming VERY annoying. anytime yahoo tries to redirect me to anything it gives me a page not found screen.

example

1. click on games -> goes to games screen

2. click on the pool link -> doesn't work

http://rd.yahoo.com/games/front/pl/?http://games.yahoo.com/games/login2?page=pl

this doesn't work

but for some reason if I get rid of the first part it works

ex.

http://games.yahoo.com/games/login2?page=pl

any suggestions? It does this anywhere in yahoo.

thanks

What browser are you using? I use Yahoo quite a bit, and I've never encountered this problem. I'm using IE 6.0 SP1.

IE same as you. I never had a problem with it before until recently. It doesn't work on my roommates computer either. Very strange.

I have the same problem with Yahoo. I thought it was just me, I am beginning to wonder now. Running IE 6.0

Didn't Yahoo actually turn a profit for the quarter? Must be cutting back on the free stuff. :D

John, start by doing some basic browser maintenance like clearing the cache. Also go to the Security and Privacy Tab's and click on the Default Level so that it goes back to the basic setting. Go to the Advanced Tab and click on the Restore Default button and click OK out. Close IE and try it again. Might also delete any Yahoo cookies you can find. If not, try it with Netscape and see what it does.
