I'm doing a DJ gig and I want to pull some audio from some .MOVs I have. Any way to do this under windows (ie: free utility?).

I guess I could use sound recorder and loop the line out into the mic jack if nothing else LOL......

I have a program with a "fix" that will record anything you have going thru your soundcard to a wav or mp3. Email me if you want it and I'll send it to you.

I have never tried it but I have heard that the RAD Video Tools can do this.

Yeah, a mini 1/8" to 1/8" stereo jack would work. One end in the speaker out port, and the other in the line in port. Then just set your recording option in Volume Control to line in.

Not free (necissarily) but I use After Effects to do that too.
