Grilled Chicken Ceasar?

Hey guys,

I usually try and get a salad or something somewhat healthy when i go out to eat. I went to chilis tonight and had the grilled chicken ceasar. Is this healthy? Anyone know? Thanks.

From what I know, ceaser dreassing is pretty bad... but the grilled chicken salad part is all good.

LaMadelline(sp) has a great fat free Chicken Ceaser salad. Typical Ceaser dressing has a ton of fat in it.

Yes, the chilis salad has alot of fat. I talked to someone at chilis and some of the other salads are better suited for healthy eating.
