how do you get and cook your chicken breasts.
i love the chargrilled chicken sandwich from chick fil a,
but they get pretty expensive eating like 4 a day.
i tried cooking some on my george foreman but they
tasted like crap. i'm not a good cook at all.

I am not sure about the exact nutritional information, but you can get these Betty Crocker chicken bake things at the store that kick ass. They taste great, and they all have either rice or potatoes or something that you cook in with the chicken at the same time.

Get some chicken breast at your store. Get some 1 quart bags if you don't have any. Put two chicken breasts in the bag, and then fill it with Italian dressing (put that on your shopping list if you don't already have some). Marinate the chicken for a few hours. Cook the chicken on a pan, you may need to spray some Pam or other no stick spray down (another shopping list item). Cook until it is brown on the outside, while spreading more Italian dressing on it. Cut into it just to make sure the middle is cooked. When it is done cut it into slices and put it on a salad, probably tastes best if you use Italian dressing. I also like some finely shreaded parmesan cheese on top of everything.

This is just about the healthiest meal you can eat, and it tastes bad ass too! I could have 4 a day for months at a time. The best part is, you don't have to be a world class cook to make this...

I do the exact same thing, Only I use the gas grill. Doesnt get much healthier then that and it tastes sooooo good.

I also put a frozen breast right onto the GF grill. After its cooked a little I'll use some garlic salt/lemon pepper (whatever spices you like) and cook till done. Damn Good!
