I'm 6'1 and 150 lbs...obviously skinny! I've tried bulking up but my metabolism is so high that even weight gainers aren't working. The only gains I've seen are from using chewable creatine tablets. I gained 10 lbs and my bench went up 30lbs in one month. I've given up on gaining weight but I've heard you have to have fat to turn into muscle...I don't have any lol. Now I just want to be stronger, how can i do this. I want to try new supplements. Please help!

If weight gainers don't work, then I'm not sure. I know you'd have to increase your calorie intake severely....like 3k+ a day and see what happens? How much do you eat now?

Clean calories are the only way to combat a high-metabolism. It makes it even more imperative that you eat quality foods, the processed stuff will shoot right through you.

This guy specializes in hard gainers like you ( and me ). Has lots of good information. I think he has a monthly column in Muscle and Fitness also ?
BTW you DO NOT have to have fat to turn into muscle ! Who told you that horse shit  You do need enough fat in your diet to keep your testosterone levels up to par but fat doesn't turn into anything except for energy when it is burned.....
