LOL!!!

surprisingly, he has made well over a hundred full passes on that shortblock.

he was running 9.8s on a dead cylinder before he got the new SB.

his turbocharger cost as much as my SVO did.

i have found that a well taken care of SVO is quite problem-free. i am currently looking for a complete wiring harness for my car... it needs it.

it is a T-70!!!

here is his site. (http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/fourced/index.html?mtbrand=AOL_US)

considering the car has breached 700 wheel horsepower and now has considerably more, i am dually impressed.

i have known jon thru Turboford.org for a while now, and it has been great to see this little white car come within 2 tenths of breaking off an 8 second pass!

no offense, but you did something wrong, then. i have seen many a T-3 turbocoupe swap, and the IC was fine.

Ya, everyone I talked to that did one uses an SVO intercooler. I can't find one. I've got a Mitsubishi Starion IC, but then I've got to plumb it.

did you use an SVO compressor housing?

are you still running the short intake or did you swap over to the SVO style upper intake?

That little motor IS trully bad ass.

its nice to see somebody finally doing it drag style. rick baryns had assembled a simular engine a couple years ago for land speed purposes. ultimatly netting him world records in both turbo sedan and n/a sedan. i want to say he ran 208 turbo and 195 n/a. of course ricks salt flat racer was nowhere near setup for drag purposes and only (haha) netted mid 9's.

tall deck block, arca head, BF'n turbo...........

oh crap, now i need to clean off my monitor.....
