Guy looked just like him (but I guess who in Lousiana dosn't), and Lousiana seems like a place he would hang out and run a cruiser in the 130mph range with out a helmet on I-10.

I wasn't trying to say anything bad about that place.
BUT you guys need a few lessons in road building and your bridges....yeah, they sucks.

I noticed that also.
But in your state's defence, when I would run across a really crappy driver in La. like someone going slow in the fast lane on I-10 or 12, it would 4 out of 5 times have a Florida LP on it.
