Alright I have been in this town 3 weeks and I can't get anyone to race. There are plenty of little hondas running around but they puss out when I get next to me. The only thing that tried to race me was this beater 85 gmc truck. How can I get these little bastards to race me.

Pull a gun, if they don't shoot back, then they're probably hauling ass! Then you got yourself a race! Seems like it'll work, for the most part.
