House is located in Carrollton just north of George Bush between Josey and Marsh. 3 rooms to rent out. Some rooms may be taken but nothing is set in stone. House has garage and access to tools. Garage space could be made available but will cost a little more. Rent would be around $400 (+/-) a month plus split bills. + if want a garage space and/or want to be the only other roomate, - if you have some kickass "common area" furniture and/or a bigscreen;). House is a little over 2000 sf.

If there were 4 total in the house (3 + myself) then yes rent would go down.
