...to start jogging again. About 20 minutes into my run this morning it started sleeting and snowing.:eek: It's not the most motivational weather to jog in, I'm still trying to thaw out.

haha........... Man, I don't know how you or anyone else can do cardio anything in the cold ass weather.:o I don't know if it is just my lungs or what but it is like breathing straight tabasco sauce into my lungs when it is cold outside. :eek:

My lungs were working pretty good, but it was as much from being lazy for two months (no abs or cardio) as it was the cold air.
I can't do any cardio out in the cold air either! Too much lung pain involved. I'm a fair weather cardio guy I guess.

That problem is solved, I broke a toe a couple days ago so i'm gonna have to see if I can handle the elliptical. If not my resolution has to be put on hold.:(

I would think it would be easier to run in cold weather. Denser air and all that. I mean you pay to put cold air intakes on your car so it seems logical that you would run better in the cold since your getting like more horsepower and stuff :D

LOL, you would think so but they air has to be a certain temp. for us or we tend to kill off cells:D . We aren't made of iron and aluminium...at least I hope you aren't:eek: :D
