How much can you bench press? I lifted 325 at the end of my workout yesterday. Bench is finally going up after taking off for 3 months
345 to 350 at the moment, at a body weight of 200 lbs.
At the end of my bench workout I can get 475, I want to try a bench shirt and go for 500. I need to really change up my workout because my max has only gone up 20 lbs in the last year. Anyone have any suggestions for a good chest and tricep workout.

I'm just over 360 right now. It's about to drop though, once I get serious about leaning for this summer.

I've been going through a leaning up process and my bench is at 300lbs. That with my body weight at 200.

I used to max out at 135lbs back in my young wiffer snapper days. ;) Im not sure I can throw up anything over a 100lbs now. :D
I dont reallyhave a high bench, because I normally do dumb bells, due to not having a work out partner.
I normally do 85-90-95 dumb bells. Not to bad for a little weak ass like me :D
I try to do 75-80-85 incline as well.

I guess i should see how much I can really do. I hate chest the most of all, so I just don't try as hard with it and am not that great at it.

Haven't been able to do actual bench in a while, just been using dumbbells. I was doing around 245 lbs. a while ago, I weigh about 170.

Thanks Michelle. Im not quite fond of it either. Probably cuz thats not where I should be concentrating my attention at these days. hehe. :D
Thats a really good idea, you should try to max. It will give you a good idea of weight to be working out with and you'll probably surprise yourself. :)
