Weve all got our likes and dislikes about our genetics. I'm blessed with a broad chest and shoulders, but abhor my wide waist. It's gonna be difficult to get that classic "V" without more lat work. How about you?

same with you boost, I just can't seem to get my definition down there. I need a good lower abs workout and I need my lats to grow. I also hate my forearms, i need to get one of those grip thingies to improve my grip so it doesn't fail at the end of my workout.
On the other hand I like my legs but I never work them out, I really should start lower again because that is where my real strength is at. I was doing close to 400lbs my sophomore year in highschool but got out of football because of all the BS that coaches gave me. I know that if I would have stayed with it then I could have been over 500 my Senior year. Not too bad for someone who was weighing in around 180lbs.:D
Oh btw guys, any advice for working your lower back, i remember that being my major problems for squats back then.

I'd have to say that my stomach is my least favorite due to the fact that it is so hard to work and I hardly ever see any gains from it. My favorite would be shoulders.

Do the good morning exercises for your lower back or any derivative thereof. If you are brave you can always do deadlifts right after squats. It will kill you though....its tough.

Least favorite----? can i name a few?? lol----ass, hips (too wide!) and stomach.....working on changing that though!
favorite- probably arms for now- worked hard to get them somewhat toned- i guess they were just the easiest to see results in right away. shoulders probably too.

triceps, definitely.
Quads, hams, tris and shoulders best. They are where I am really seeing improvement.
Waist worse right now because I am doing nothing to keep the little extra fat from forming there since I am trying to gain a lot of size right now and, unfortunately, I see a little bit of extra showing there lately. But that will change in the spring. I think there is something hiding under there(Abs) just waiting to get out. :)

My favorite part is probably my midsection. I hate my chest, though. I was born with broad shoulders, but my entire pec region is just tiny...guess I should work out more.
I hate my waist as well. I have a great upper body, broad sholders, nice back, decent chest, but ya, love handles. Even when I was totally health daddy a few years ago, 8 % body fat, and love handles
I also hate, I mean hate doing abs, Im sure if I did them, I would see results and do them more, but it is just one of those things that I just hate.

i've always had a good build and have lifted weights for a long time now. i've got good lats and a good v shape, good abs and always had a good chest. the areas i wish i could improve more are my shoulders (they need more roundness aka the softball look as i call it) and my guns (need a little more extension).

Fav. chest biceps
L.fav. calves
For your back workout, making it stronger, deadlifts are the way to a rock solid back. Lift correctly or you'll regret it though.
Fav. was my calves/back, right now everything is my least favorite, since I haven't been in the gym in so long.
One good exercise for your lower back are straight leg deads, but you have to use PERFECT form, and keep the weight low. This is definately not a big weight showoff lift.
