Saw that this is supposed to aid in muscle repair. Could someone give me some info and tell me what products would be good? Thanx! :)
BTW, last weigh-in was 194+. I'm getting there! :D

I use Optimum Nutrition. It's basically one of the most abundant amino acids used by the body. It's not a miracle supplement, but it does wonders for muscle soreness and recuperation.

Aaron's right. It is the most abundant Amino acid and very important in protein synthesis. I used to take it but tailered it out of my diet because I wanted to use less sups.
Lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell) metabolizes glutamine for fuel and synthesis, hence the theory that it helps the immune system as well. I would recommend using it with the caution that Aaron stated....its not a miracle drug. In fact, the ways that it will help you will probably go unnoticed. Like strengthening your immune system and quicker recovery from strenous workouts. I also heard it helps your digestive system as well, but havent looked to far into that part.
