I am starting to get into a lower fat/carb diet now, and I heard eggs/tuna are a good start, with chicken, etc..
What is so bad about the egg yolk? I looked at a website on egg nutrition, and there is about 6.5g of protein, a trace of carbs, and 3g of fat I think it said...so why diss the yolk?
Just curious...
Also, anyone ever mixed tuna with eggs? hmmm...

Anyone know if there's anything bad in egg beaters?

I could eat eggs all day long...with or without the yolk, it tastes the same to me!
Is there any side effects to eating too many eggs?

other than maybe getting the sh*ts if you were to eat eggs all day, I can't think of any other problems you would have

That and saturated fat. You shouldn't worry about a yolk or two, but for those eating alot off whites per day, you should shy away from any more than a couple of yolks.

Like they said the yolks have all the fat and CHOLESTEROL.
The whites have a ton of protein.
