Mach 460 upgrade..

If I wanna can I up grade the mach 460 speakers and stuff w/o messing up the head unit and upgrade the amp....in other words can I replace the speakers/amp and matain a otherwise stock system. I dont want to do any rewiring. just pullout amp replace and pullout speakers and replace. and for bass what do I need for my convertable since I have no rear window and like trunk space.
