Just wondering if anybody here uses Debian or Gentoo linux and if so which is the fav

Gentoo ROCKS!! Imagine a ports tree in linux that automaticaly installs depencies! :drool:

Gentoo is what I am going to try out next, out of those two choices, I would pick gentoo. Debian is really nice too, gotta love apt-get

Yea, I like both operating systems. Debian has been around forever, and like you mentioned, apt-get... Gentoo is a new os based on the bsd ports system which works great! Im compiling gentoo binarys right now.
