Seen some of the before & aft stuff in Muscle Media and it looks really tempting...something to get my butt in gear! Just curious if anyone's tried it and what their results were?

My uncle did that and he gained a good amount of muscle. It was almost amazing to see how well it worked. It is very strict with everything you eat, but if you think you can stay with it then i say go for it.

its a great 12 week program....all you have to do is just stick to it...12 weeks is long though...but if you go thru with it...you will see a big change!

I did it and lost 26 pounds.

My wife did it and lost 5 lbs. Man, she looks incredible.

My downfall however is that when I started my new job, I had to come into work earlier so I've been missing out on workouts and gained 15lbs in the last 4 months. However, I just got back on the horse this week.

It's a book. Cost about 20 bucks I think.

I highly recommend it.

So, does it tell you exactly what to do every minute of the day or something?

One of my friends is doing it and he does some insane fucking treadmill workout, like 25 minutes and increasing the grade 1% every four minutes all the way up to 6%. Anyone could lose weight with that, you would probably burn 500 calories a day just on that.

I suppose that it really outlines the "proper nutrition" thing then? I may ahve to invest in that book when I get some spare pocket change.

Al - that treadmil workout scares me. I don'd need to be loosing any weight at this point. I've lost what I wanted to and I am int he trying to gain phase now.
