well for everyone's information i'm in college now.. my major is Computer Science.. with the Cisco Option (CCNA/CCNE).. i'm taking my first two years here, then switching to UNT for my last 4 years..
i wanted to thank Forrest and Sean for the help! both of them inspired me to go to school.. thanks guys!

Why not also realize that the computer science field is dead, dying, about to be shot in the foot. And unless you are an extreme badass, which we all know you aren't, you'll have a hard time getting anything other than a 10/hr job.
It'll be two to three years before you see any kind of surge in the IT job market, and when there is, they will only be looking for "qualified" people. Meaning experienced, not "certifications or degrees", they are going to want people with hands on experience. The rush of fill the seats with bodies types of jobs is long gone. Most places are laying off people left and right, and this is only the begining.

You dont know nothing about me first of all.. I have far more knowledge then you think! I'm also considering the future.. I'm looking into possible Computer Engineering.. Something along the lines of Running an Organizations I.T. Field.. which wouldn't be difficult.. I plan on taking Programming (Java/HTML/C++), Database (SQL/Oracle/DDBS(?)), Network Administration, Network Engineering..
