Appetite suppressant?

what have you found that helps suppress your appetite?? Xenadrine has helped some, but what else have you tried??

I've tried all of the ephedrine based metabolic stimulants and they seem to do afine job of appetite suppression, but I found myself having trouble getting enough sleep on them. These days I just think of those pounds I worked so hard to get off, start creeping back on and that does it form me.

Try a product called relora or another is linoleic acid(sp?).
