Well, not really unless maybe we wanted to take all of the interior out of the truck including the dash and sit on a bucket while going down track. Still haulin @$$ for a truck...

I raced a red one last year that ran a 12.4 against me at Ennis. Was last October. Older dude with longer gray hair. Couldn't see any exhaust tips and it had slicks. Pulled a 1.6 or 1.7 60' against me too.. Pretty quick. :)

This one is silver with a cowl hood. This truck is one helluva fun daily driver.:D

How much air pressure are you running in those ET Streets ?? Seems like the truck would bogg down with stock converter.
I have only been able to get 1.91 60' with a set of drag radials. The best 60' I have ever gotten was on the F1's when I saw a 1.89. Nice times by the way.
BTW.... The only difference in our trucks as far as mods go is.... I dont have a catback, lower pulley, fan, or water pump. Did you see much gain with those mods ??

The catback does not gain anything. The fan, water pump and pulley are where most of the power comes from. I installed the electric fan kit and water pump for my friend and the truck picked up from 399 rwhp to 416 rwhp and new torque was 523 ft lbs. That was the biggest gain aside from the original pulley swap and chip. His best on DR's is a 1.87, but at this power, the DR's become inconsistent on the launch. He picked up some in the 60 ft, but he is still trying to find the best way to launch the truck on stock convertor. Maybe it will pick up some more with just driving. I'll have to ask him what psi the ET streets were at, I believe 18 lbs since the back end likes to "waterbed" down the track on not too much less.

Thanks for the info.... Good to know...

Oh and on that Throttle Body... Is that a single blade to just a polished stock replacement ?? From what I have read the Single blade from Accufab is supposed to give 10 - 15 HP and a ton of throttle response.

Sounds like Rob's truck. Word to the wise, Lone Star's dyno reads high. :D

Yes the Accufab TB is a bad piece! I gained 13 rwhp and 15.6 ft./pds with it.

lol - didn't it have a V6 Mustang putting out 240 at the wheels? :D

LOL! I hadn't heard that one. Maybe the calibration is wrong?

I'm trying to figure out who BLOWN347 is?

He described Rob's truck to a T.

Those numbers are from a dyno after Lonestar. Rob wanted to see what his truck would do in drive instead of in 2nd gear. Dunno why Lonestar chooses to dyno 5-speeds in 3rd and auto's in second. We figured it may skew the numbers a bit so that's why he re-dynoed. Lonestar numbers were 411 rwhp/ 523 rwtq, so there is not that much difference. These are corrected numbers.

Now that makes sense. So their dyno isn't 'high' per se, it's just the fact that they choose to run a 4spd auto in 2nd gear to get numbers. How were his A/F figures?

He's got some good output. We've got the exact same setup so I always keep an eye out for what he's running. How's he like the ET Streets?

Rob and I go way back from our Bryan/ College Station days. I installed his electric fan/ water pump for him, so I know the truck well. The throttle body is larger than stock and a single blade, not sure of brand though, probably Accufab now that I think about it. Not too long ago, he was hoping to just get in the 12's on DR's, but the truck picked up alot with the fan and some with the ET streets. It went 12.70's on DR's a few times but when it broke those loose on the 2-3 shift last time at Ennis(reminds me he has the line mod also), he decided to go with ET's for consistency and safety.

Cool man. Hope to meet you in the future.

If you talk to Rob, tell him Laurence (Red2002) from Arlington says hello. Thanks!

With good friends like Rob behind me, I will have a shop soon. Until then, I'm a free-agent that enjoys helping my friends and seeing them do well. As you can tell, the 60 ft did not pick up a ton from the ET's but you must work hard to bust them loose, so you can get more aggressive with the gas and not blow the run. He only got 2 runs in because of the Friday night at Ennis debacle, so he might pick up more in the 60 ft. It seems to leave hardest just under max stall and stomping it to sorta "flash" the convertor. Stock only gives you so much to work within. Rob hit a performance wall at 13.0 and went way past that in a short time with the last few mods he did(fan, chip reburn for 4# pulley). I know the hunt for 11's will soon be on...

You should remove the bed, hood, fenders and run it on 4 spare tires. I bet you could set some records then:)
