View Full Version : Bad Wreck at Ennis last night
Was I the only one that saw the wreck at 11:20 last night with the white camaro? That dude jacked his shit up bad. Car got squirly all the way down the track and the dude was probably doing 60+ and hit the left wall bounced off and sent him head on into the right one. Ouch.
On another note... I got one run in and pussy footed it down the track... track just felt really bumpy last night and I didn't feel comfortable with it. 14.6@98  wish I could of got another run in after they cleaned all the chunks off the track. I guess that's what I get for running right after a big rail car.

we were standing right next to the lanes, both cars took off, and the silver camaro just started spinning, then a little white smoke came off the back tires, back end slid out SLOWLY, very gracefully, he never let off the gas, we thought he was going to do a full spin, then he went straight into the wall and when he made impact the front of his car came up like he was sitll on the gas. all i know is if he let off it early there is no way in hell he would have wrecked. sucks for sure
good to meet some of y'all last night!
here's the camaro.

sucks for him but you live and learn. usually if i spin badly I'll just say screw it and abort the run. If you dont hook within the first 60' your time is gonna suck azz anywayz no sense is wrecking your car to still get a shitty timeslip.

I guess insurance won't cover that? That would suck. Since we are talking about the track. What do yall think my 02 would run in the 1/4? I should take it out to the track, but have gotten around to it.
