I was hoping to get more than 1 run in and get it closer to 11.6, but got kicked off.

I am going tonight again with slicks and a 8.8 solid, so we will see! I was on DR's.

You're gonna fly with a solid and slicks. If you don't break! You have a ton of torque at 3krpms. I don't think a stock 8.8 can handle that buddy! :eek:

last night woulda/shoulda/coulda been a better night. there is some event this weekend and, even tho the announcer was telling them that T&T was tomorrow, there were dragsters lined up cutting everyone off every 30 minutes. most people probably got in 1-2 passes.

then, some fucknut in a silver Z28 hit the wall. although i hope they are alright, the night was ended early and everyone was told the track was now closed.

they also cheaped out and closed the staging lanes at 11:30... bastards.

Woo Hoo!! I ran a BLAZING 22.5 @ 60.4!!! 2.7 60ft!! Slicks + 10 bolt + Stickey Track = BOOM BITCH! I only broke an axle. But that sucked. :(

Good runs I knew this cool fall air would really help the blower cars.

That solid rear will take out another 85lbs, then slicks, skinnies, no rear seat etc. You could knock off another 250lbs from what you already weigh.

With juice I see lo 11's@127-130.

A solid 8.8 will handle quite a bit more than what Nick has. It's got an 8.8 in it from the factory with 31 splines, its just an IRS. Even if he throws a stock 28 spline 8.8 in he should be ok. He'll pop a 28 spline axle before before he breaks anything in the rear, and even that's pretty unlikely. It will be interesting to see what effect that weight has on it though.

Are you going with a stocker 28 spline 8.8 solid Nick?
