Keep in mind nothing has been done to the car since it was pulled out from under the tree it sat under for 1.5 yrs. I have no idea what is in the car as far as cam pistons...ect. It bangs out pretty bad above 5k ( vavle springs or ingnition) and it was on street tires. I met highcompression out there in his mustang with a ken belle super charger and we raced several times.

Here goes....don't laugh

Best time was

60'----------2.112
330---------5.913
1/8----------9.082
mph---------76.47

Best reaction time was a .508

I beat an SS camaro out there.....LOL! I never really thought I would run under a 9.5 at best. Either way I had a blast! It doesn't quite run like my old mustang.....but its still fun.:D

By the way.....High compression was a cool guy. I really enjoyed shooting the shit with you. Next time you will have to get that 2003 cobra out there.;)

Is that 2.1 your reaction time or your 60ft?

Looks like with some tuning you are in the 8's easy. Not bad at all for still sporting tree sap and cobwebs.

I see some spending for go-fast parts in your future, young Jedi! LOL.....

Ooooopps..............That was a typo, yes it is the 60'........sorry

I will be investing in the Holley systemax package. I'm not looking to be fast.........just run in the 12's. For 1320.00 for a set of holley heads (2.02 intake vavle,64cc chambers), lunati cam, lifters, hardened push rods, intake, head bolts, timing gears and chain, and lube........you just can't beat the price.

BBRANJEN thanks for the kind words. My 9.04 that night was pretty damn close to your 9.08 and I was on Nittos. However, I have ordered a Kenne Bell 55 mm pulley for my S/C. This should put me solidly in the 8's with 8-10 psi of boost. I'm also going to follow your suggestion and run 18 psi in the Nittos. :D
