Hey I just started that new ephedrine free Xenadrine, anyone tried it, how does it work, what were your results?:mad: :eek:

I like it a lot. Just make sure not to take it on an empty stomach and no caffine!

I have taken the original stuff and it works! My advice would be start work out first for a week or two and then start taking it. So your body can adjust to it.

Ive never tried the ephedra free. I've had success with the regular Xenedrine and never minded some of the slight side effects its caused.

Ive always taken it on an empty stomach. When I take it after eating, I feel nothing what so ever. When I am cycling on them I
am sure to eat every 3-4 hours or I start to feel bad.

The efx doesn't do a thing for me after switching from the regular. If you've never taken ephedrine and you don't drink a lot of caffeine, it might do something for you, but it doesn't even phase me. I'm switching back to regular as soon as this bottle is empty.

I know the regular stuff works from personal experience. I remeber one week when i was out of town i didnt even work out. All i did was eat right and get enough sleep. Grant you this was the first week i ever took it but i still lost 6 pounds. I was like damn thats great. That was the only time it worked like that though. Right now im using hydroxycut to lean down but you have to take so much more it is nuts. Once im done with it im goin to back regular Xenedrine.:D

I had a friend hospitalized for just that. He's in great shape, but was prepping for a contest and was poppin' ECA in his mouth like candy. It eventually ate through the lining of his stomach.
