I know very little about working out. Right now I do vertical presses, lateral raises, and forward raises. I like to change up my workouts so they don't get boring. What else can I rotate in?

Just like you can supinate (rotate) your wrist to hit the bicep or tricep from different angles, I employ a similar technique to change up shoulder day with a variation of front raises that I affectionately call F*ck yous. After completing the motion, you'll understand why. Start with your hands at your sides with your palms facing forward, grasping dumbells of a weight that you could do say 10-12 on lateral raises. With your elbows slightly bent (but not mobile), slowly bring a weight up in front of you to just above eye level, sqeeze at the top, and bring it back down. Then alternate and do the same with the other arm. The exercise can also be done with a straight barbell with which you can vary the width of your grip for even more variation.

I don't see any rear delt stuff in there... rear delts "make" the shoulder IMHO...
something I do on chest day that also does the front delts is grab a straight bar like you're going to curl it and with your elbows barely bent lift the bar up past your shoulders... this also incorporates the back... it's just one of those things I do every now and then to mix stuff up...
