I'm looking to re-up with another health club. Does anyone have any suggestions for the Arlington area? Avoiding a place that'll rape you on membership fees, start up fees, etc. is pretty important. What kind of deals were you able to swing and where?
There is a Magic Johnson 24HR Fitness along with the 24HR Sport that's fairly close. What about Maverick on Pioneer? I used to work out at Gold's when they were on the corner of Cooper and Pioneer. That's back before that monster Ronnie Coleman went to Metroflex. I sure as hell ain't big enough to get into Metroflex without someone trying to bench press me. As well, I'd rather have a place where people actually work out instead of walking around trying to look cool. :rolleyes:
