This is a great idea to the board, and am glad it's here. My faith (or lack of at times) is why I've strayed from the board and the GTG's lately. I've wanted to get back on track spiritually and physically.

Now I'm glad to be back! :)

Thanx for the welcome folks. I've been working out again, and been going at least 5 times a week until I got severely sick last week. Ready to get going again though. Was originally about 192 before I came to the board, but was down to 182 with a gut 4 weeks ago. Got back up to 192 (before being sick) again in about 3 weeks. Woohoo!

I used to be really good about going to church. I was going at least 3 times a week, helping teach a bible study for middle schoolers at one church, and being a discussion leader at another. I was pretty happy, but I'd sacrificed that happiness to be hanging around the wrong places, and the wrong people. And I want that happiness back.
