Is it made out of that thin plastic or is it that heavy duty cloth type, does it have a cable that runs through the bottom that you can lock, and does it come w/ a bag to put the cover in.thanks

1. Heavy cloth

2. Yes, it has the cable.

3. No bag. Came in a box which is long gone.
