My 1968 Firebird has all factory metal and interior except for a fibre glass hood,has a 462 built by Warpath performance and has bme rods ,venolia pistons,comp roller cam,614 ram air iv heads ported to 303 cfm,edelbrock victor intake,1050 carb,Rossler tranny turbo 400,minitubbed with a 3 link ladder bar set up and a ford 9 inch with 4.11 gears,3 1/2 inch full exhaust with borla mufflers.Race weight is 3625 pounds and I have run a best of 9.91 with a 1.38 60 foot and 6.29 1/8 mile thru the full exhaust ,tires were 29.5 by 11 inch W slicks.Car has run 10 teens with et street tires. No nos used all naturally aspirated.I feel proud to have put Pontiac on the map in my home town of Winnipeg.I hope this year with some tuning to run 9.70s!!Take care all!!!

Do you drive 35E when you go to the track? If so I live right by Lewisville Lake. I am not sure if it is 20mi from Lewisville lake to the track. But I think it is pretty close give or take a mile. But, we can meet up around there and you can follow me to the track.

When I get it running I will be driving to the sonic gtg in it on pump gas. I am only going to run race gas when hitting the bottle.

That is my 73 Firebird. My 68 Firebird will be out sooner. It will be quick but not like the 73 Firebird.
