My friends brother(still in high school), ran his stang at Denton this weekend.

Keith Craft 306
Stock heads, Stock lower intake Cartech upper
Custom cam, 1.7RR
Pro-M maf, Stock TB

Seems plenty fast to me. E.T. has nothing to do with being fast. He only ran 92mph on a 7.20. 92mph is a little slow for a 7.30 which means he's probably hooking pretty good. If he had run a 7.30 at 100mph, I would have said that he was fast and not quick for that mile per hour. ;)

We also ran a 7.51 n/a in the 4.6 lil 281 that would be an awesome race.

Not bad:) I can't race on motor anymore though, ditched the nitrous and now it has boost.

I know of a certain n/a TA you could race though, Big Thumper was complaining to me today about everyone being scared:) His TA runs about that on motor.

I would race for fun. But i don't want to seem like i am starting shit. I just thought we had almost the same times.

You vs FstTA would be good, as would racing Lane or Beenfetched. I think they all run pretty close to the same times. Personally I get tired of seeing F-body vs F-body all night, throw in a quick Ford and make it interesting.

Ah.... we are looking at it from two different points
of view. Back "in the day" all we cared about was
lowering the ET and you are looking at the ET-MPH
relationship.

I still think that an 11 second car is nothing to be
ashamed of - that's quicker than a lot of cars at
the track that aren't pure race cars.
