i give jc credit.he was cool and did not make excuses.he did have a little better mph.the race was all at the line. i pulled him out of the hole so i did not power shift because i did not want to miss any gears and give him a win.i did run my car later that night and got 7.74 at 91.28 mph out of it.not bad for nittos and a 1.84 60ft.i can't wait for my strait axle slicks and a little nos.i really would like to get a 3700 pound car in the 6.9 range.

Scott- If I really cared about running good track times don't you think I would've kept my auto? Think about it. :)

That car will never see a 6.90, you are high on drugs. Maybe if you gut it like a fish. You'd have to be making 650 at the wheels!!

Al, you must not hang around a track much!
It's already ran a 7.75 on a 1.85 60ft. A solid axle and 1.50 60ft will cut ~3/10s off that time. And the other 1/2 second will be made up with a 75 shot of nitrous. What's to doubt?
LOL, well you guys let me know when that 3800 lb. car gets to the 6.90s. I'll be waiting to see it.

Solid axle drops the weight 100 pounds. There's another 10th.
Do the math, Al P.
7.75
-.10 Weight
-.30 60ft
-.40 75 shot
6.95
Whose yer daddy?

Nobody is my daddy, he'd need that bottle to hang with my junk NA and off the footbrake.
Like I said you guys just let me know when it happens. I say it will have to be gutted or will need pistons first but I don't have any idea what the hell I'm talking about.
