I recently moved to Mckinney and have yet to find a church. If I attend it is usually if I travel to Plano to be in church with the rest of my family. Does anyone have a good suggestion? I am looking for a church in Mckinney preferably on the Westside of 75 and nondenominational.

Thanks,

MASH

I hear that First Baptist of McKinney is growing and has many programs to get involved in, you may want to check them out to see if it is a healthy church!

If you want non-demoninal try Mckinney Fellowship
Bible Church. I have many friends that go there and
they like it.

First Baptist is a good church, and my church (Cottonwood
Creek Baptist) has just moved into a new building just
west of 121 & Lake Forest.

Where do you go in Carrollton? My family and I go to Covenant Church on Trinity Mills.

Cottonwood Creek Baptist off of 121 and Stacy Rd. Used to be FBC Fairview until they moved in August. It's my home church. :D

Hey! We go to the same church! When do you go? We do
9:30 service and then 11:00 sunday school.

McKinney Fellowship Bible is a branch of Fellowship Bible--North which is in Plano (right behind Target on Parker). I know the Pastor at the one in McKinney...went to HS with him. I know the Pastor at the one in Plano, too...he's my uncle. ;)

I've also heard good things about First Baptist Fairview...which as mikeb and Lethal have pointed out, has changed names and is now towards Frisco on 121...probably not too far from you. I've met the pastor there on several occassions. Used to play against him in a softball league here in Allen.

I attend Grace Evangelical Free Church here in Allen...which is as close to a Bible church as Allen has. It's not super-close to you, but where you are located nothing is THAT far away.

I'd find a church you like and then make the drive.

And EFCA is non-charismatic, FWIW. Just teaching the Bible as God's truth every week. :)
