I just got back from a road trip to Florida with my wife and kids. It was like a 17-21 hour drive. I was sure to load up the truck with about 15 Andrew Wommack Min. tapes for the long drive. I listened to 89.7 Power FM until it started fuzzing out and then I dropped in an Andrew Wommack tape. It was great!!! I can't get enough of those tapes. Driving and listening to those tapes is where I get fed the best. One reason I like it is because I can listen to one tape for a month and still get more out of it each time I here it. I think it is because I am in a different mind set each time. I like it better than going to church because if I miss something at church I can't rewind the preacher or standup and ask him to repeat it. Plus, my attention is more focused on the tapes while I am driving for some reason. I'm not real sure why though. Maybe it is because Andrew Wommack is a better minister??? Where/How do you get fed the most? (other than reading the bible)

i get the most from talking with my friends and listening to music. my friends give me a whole new perspective on things and it is inspirational to hear their witness. and music touches me in a way that is undiscibable

By far it is the excellent preaching and teaching at my church from my pastor Carl Rea and one of the greatest teachers Larry Parks.

This board, the internet, and my own private sporadic readings/study.

Just walking outside right before, or after rain. Or at sunrise, or sunset. Or sitting in a remote location (be it a forest, a mountain, desert, grassland, ocean ... as long as it's away from any unnatural sounds) and listening to nature. I read to learn, I discuss to grow, and learn more.

Isn't Andrew the son of another preacher named Wommack
that passed away? If so - I used to listen to his dad on the
radio - he was a hoot.

I don't think so. His dad died when he was 12 years old.

Listening to a good speaker, like Ed Young. He gets me charged. Also, a real good bible study gets me going.

There was a couple of guys on the radio sunday evening. I think it was 730 am but not possitive on that. I was just flipping thru channels and happen to find them.
A guy that called in was marrying the sister of one of the guys on the show. This guy was also a revrend. The reverend had some very interesting quotes. That is where I got my quotes I posted in the back porch forum.

I would have to say the besides reading the bible or going to church, the best thing I can do to get charged is listen to Dennis Jernigan. That man has such a powerful music ministry you can't help but feel the power of GOD moving.
