I have a 2001 Trans Am and my friend has 2 12"Kicker Comp Vr subs he wants to put them in my car and im on a low budget and i was just wondering how much a box would cost for the 2 subs. and how much to get the amp and all that hooked up to the factory radio.

i am sure that you can find someone to put in the amp for you. kenwood sells a 600w bridgable amp for around 150-200 online. ebay is really cheap and amps usually don't go bad. you need to buy an rca to line converter if you are going to hook up to the factory radio. that costs around 20. plus the wiring for the amp which will cost around 40. hope that helps.

oh yeah, 2 used subs shouldn't run over 100. you can get them new for 140. my friend got 2 kicker comps and a box for 200 so that should give you an idea
