So who is all up for it this weekend at Kennedale? I will be out there and this time I should be racing:D . FINALLY. Got the converter and its getting put in. I know there was some people out there last weekend from the board but I didn't even know it. Also the people coming out there who is going to run in the bracketing racing, I know I will be. I want a damn trophy:cool:

Yeah I'll be there...I get off work at 7:00 so I should be there around 7:30....sorry about last week something came up at the last moment. I won't be running the v6 though.....its going to the shop monday morning to get the clutch quadrant, throw out bearing, and the disc replaced. All under warranty thank god. So I don't think I should be drag racing it..........least not till next week:D

We'll probably be there. I finally got some Nitto's so maybe I can get some traction this time! Got the hook-up at Lanes, great prices and service!

I have family stuff that popped up at the last minute and I have to be there. Hey Steph, if Eric still wants to use the slicks, I dont mind. Call me if you want to use them.

btw, how do i get ahold of lane? i want them rims!!!

I don't know if i saw you, I probuly did but didn't realize it. I was out there in my 89 grey GT. Did you compete in the bracketing racing?

His website has the phone number http://laneswheels.com/ or you can PM him. He has some great prices, and fast service. I called him Friday morning, picked up the rims and tires Friday after work.

LOL.. well, yes and no. Yes, its my best but that was done with some 26x10 ET Streets at 12 psi and a PHAT bog. These are 28x9 ET Drag and they were at 20. So I am sure with a smaller tire and them holding the right psi, a mid 8 is easy to come by. Every time i have launched I have booged off the launch and will play with air and rpms to get it right some sunday out there.

And I was SOO damn happy when that Pinto didnt start the first time. ;) I told him to be gentle and he relpied with "Its just a Pinto" but later on I found out it was a juiced small block. :O
