we' ll use the good ole' Houston PD for this one, it really seems to fit.
A Guy and his freind are driving down the road and get pulled over for speeding by a Houston Police officer.
Officer walks up to the guy and says -"you got your liscence"?
Guy says "yeah hang on"- officer smacks him upside the head with his batton and says- "Son next time I pull you over you better already have that thing out and ready to go. "Now, you got your insurance" ?
Guy says- "yeah hang on" officer smacks him upside the head again and says "boy next time I pull you over you better have your damn insurance ready to go also". Officer checks his record writes him a ticket and walks around to the other side of the car and taps on the window.
Guys freind rolls down the window and the officer smacks him upside the head with his batton.
Freind says- "what the hell was that for".
Officer says- " thats for when you get a couple blocks down the road and say- "I wish he would have tried that shit with me".
