Street Wars at Kennedale 8/18/02

Well I was at Kennedale tonight and had to say it was pretty fun even if your not racing;)

The winner of the street wars was a black 01 GT vs black pelude. I didn't think the GT was going to catch him but he did. That was a pretty sweet GT.

Also there was a guy in a white camaro maybe 70's model, boy I think he spun the tires half way down the track and I think he was running slicks. He was dial in a 9.4, but hell he could run a dam 8.6 if he just got traction.

Sorry bikers out there. I lik watching them, but damn do they get special treatment. It was like takeing them forever just to stage. One guy took off it it went towards the center an he still stay on it. :eek: Crazy SOB.

I was out there but did not compete.........No traction at all but still able to muster up a 8.1 not bad with a 2.35 60 foot. I was in the black z with pro-stars...........

Yea I think I saw you, you were sparying right? nice ride, I didn't know you was on the board or I would have came up to say whats up. Also thats some good times for no traction.

Yeah i'm spraying..I usually go out there on Thursdays and Sundays just to have some fun. I'm hoping to have the stang out there pretty soon but for now the z will have to do. I've ran some 7.50's on Fridays before, you'll get traction on those days even if you're on nittos.

never been on friday. The only day I can go is on a Sunday. Why do you compete in the bracketing racing on Sunday's? What did you think about the bikers out there takeing forever?

I know one of the times I got stuck right behind them........I'll probably compete next Sunday just for the hell of it......Do you think I should dial in at a 8.7? It worked for me on a Thursday cuz I wound up winning............we'll see........

Thats off the bottle right? If so that would be just right. I wouldn't run in the bracketing racing wth the bottle, but thats just me. I hope I get my converter in by this weekend so I ru it out there. Still waiting on that damn UPS man to get here:( . Did you see a dark green 98 GT out there, with chrome bullit wheels. I was parked behind the stands. No raceing in that.;)
