Any weight I can remove before tonight?

I am thinking about going to Ennis tonight and wondering if there is any extra weight I can remove on my 02 GT coupe.

everything in the trunk
backseat (use the seatbelt tab to pop the holders under the seat)
front sway bar
plan to have 1/4 tank or less gas (~7lbs/gal)
front crash bar (not wise for the street but removeable)
rear crash bar (ditto)
Do you need the passenger seat?


Try to hit 5800 on the 1-2 shift, 5600 on the 2-3, and 5600 on the 3-4 (if needed, depending on gears)

If you are on street tires avoid the water and do a slight burnout just to clean the tires..

Be sure to turn traction control off and launch at a low RPM ~2K and try to slip the clutch out and the gas in VERY quickly after the initial momentum forward.

Remove the air scilencer (questionable results)
