FS: Weezer tickets, sold out show

I have a pair of tickets to the sold out Weezer concert that happens this Sat (Aug 3) at Smirnoff Music Centre. I'm gonna be going out of town this weekend and therefore cannot go, which sucks.

These tickets were $27.50 each and so I need $55 for the pair.

Plenty of lawn seating available at $22.50 each. I usually just buy those at the gate and then bumrush the stage after a few songs like everyone else does.

Are these actually good seats though?
