*3rd Level support of multi-site LAN/WAN env.
*Exp. with project plans
*Solid written and verbal communication skills
*Exp. setting up and managing various LAN/WAN
monitoring systems
*1-3 years large corp. env. (1000+ users)
*2-4 years exp. switched Ethernet networks
*3-5 years exp. managing Frame Relay Networks
*2-4 years exp. with Cisco Routers
*Exposure to DSL and ISDN
*CCNA and /or CCNP preferred
