Depends on a lot of things. How well of shape are the cars in? My 90 Convert went 15.3s and I think a 94 GT with an AOD-E would run at least that... weight would be similar so it should come down to the tune up and launches;)

You Ls1 boys have it easy with your computer controlled trannys. Back in the day there was an "art" to driving an AOD equipped Mustang. They were notorious for shifting out of 3rd and into OD at about 3000 rpm.

I remember the first time I (stock trim with 2.73s)raced my little brothers 89 GT(almighty 3.08s)...
"We were dead even, and then you just pulled away hard after I hit 3rd gear...."

So, after teaching him the art of the 1-2-3-2 shifiting pattern he was in good shape :)

Just FYI

Oh, and for what its worth, I'd throw a 150 dry shot on each car just to make it interesting, and bet on the 95.

I take my bets on the 91 5.0, it is lighter for one thing. It will be a close one and the victory will go to the one with traction and a nice launch.
