"It's late on a Wednesday night in a warehouse district west of Dallas. Dozens of teen-agers face each other across a wide road. Between them, headlights from two muscle cars shine white in their faces. The snaking group presses closer into the lanes while unmuffled engines growl and clatter as drivers press hard on accelerators."

 That has got to be the most retarded story I have ever read. I couldn't even get through the first paragraph without banging my head on the desk. How rediculiously gay.

what i dont get is why the guy made it all dramatic? its fucking street racing... not a damn wedding.

Girls can too

Dear Lord! That's a FOUR page story. I don't have time to read all that. I was impressed with it being somewhat well written. However, I'm not impressed with the new "atmosphere" that surrounds the races. But hey, that's just me remembering the "Good ole days of TRUE street racing".

The members of the Dangerous crew might consider taking some friendly advice...from someone who knows. Quit giving these people your names and personal info...You WILL regret it in the end.

Why the hell would you give your name to a paper saying that you do something illegal on a regular basis, and then go on to say what day you do it in. This story makes no freakin sense!

You guys must have missed the funniest part......I figured someone would have posted it already.................

"Dangerous is so envied, that sometimes their stickers are stolen right off the windshield!" and "....leading crew in Dallas....."

BAWHA......LOL

That has got to be the funniest shit I ever read. What a bunch of cocks. The guy that wrote this story seems to be in the 3rd grade and friends with them. Maybe that is why he writes for the Observer and not the Morning News!

BTW,
I am glad they put their names and "crew" down. Now when I roll out to the races....I know who the cops will be looking for!

How come dangerous has never lined it up with me. All I remeber doing is going to TSP's board and calling all them punks out!

One word......."losers"!

The very same reason the tool posts about it on here....They have no life and need attention.

It's cool they got their names and all........that way, when they end up in court, there will be overwhelming evidence that suggests they do this kind of behavior all the time. "But, but judge, i've never"......"oh yeah, seems you've gotten lots of publicity". Bwahahaha

Dangerous Performance is nothing but a bunch of cum swallowing queers. Why don't they come on out to the Chuck's here in Plano so we can take turns dragging their asses down the road. Chicken shit is what they are, all talk, no action.

police have complete profiles, pics and all on all major "racing crews" their names being in the paper isnt going to change shit....they are already marked by the cops, who btw love to tow a couple of their cobras LOL

haha i am going to be the only one with a positive point but im glad they are not saying street racing kills and it horrible and shit, they are defending the people that do it to a degree, i know alot of you guys here think its ghey to st race but I am one of the people that do it just for fun and randomness that you dont really get at the track and the one time i went to ennis for street night i saw a dumb bitch in a neon slam into a van doing 100 mph, i havnt seen anything like that at the street races. It is pretty stupid to be like, this is what we do, this is who we are, this is where we do it... come get us!

I think the funnies thing about this post is that it proves without a doubt that all the real "fast" racers don't want publicity
