Saw a SWEET silver Supra last night... it was SLAMMED on some big wheels with a younger guy driving it... Is that anybody on here??

BTW, it looked like it had a targa top, and the wheels were KINDA like this, but polished or chome I think...

If so, Its got basic bolt-ons...and from what I read on the net, its a NA Supra with a turbo conversion. It had an original turbo motor and 6spd dropped in. Real pretty car in person though!

Chris, that looks like it. It was really clean, and REALLY REALLY low. It was bouncing all over the place like some of those cars you watch on Speedvision doing the 24 hr road racing at night... the headlights were just bouncing away!

Im sure its the same guy...he lives in southlake. He is trying to sell it because his parents said he could get something nicer :confused: Must be a southlake thang :)
It has Tein Coilovers, which is why it is slammed so much. Thing rubbed the front fenders on every bump I hit. Got it up to ~110-120 on Cooper St in arlington....I love other peoples cars :)

that supra would belong to Logan. Thats his 3rd supra. I think he burnt up a few mechanical parts on his 1st one (black, BPU ++) . He then got a Pewter one with a $10,000 custom body kit and a bunch of electronic toys. He spun that into a retaining wall going a 100+. This is his 3rd. His parents give the kid whatever he wants, and he thinks he is a complete badass himself because of it. Even some of his "friends" get pissed at how much $$$ he waves around. He supposedly is getting a Zo6 now.His best looking car was the 2nd one, really sharp looking. Christ, if i fucked up 2 supras, fo` DAMN sho my parents, even if they WERE rich(er), would get me another one. I take pride in saving enough for my snake, and think its cool to see someones parents spend money on their kid`s car, but this is fugging rediculous.

His name is Logan. He does go to Southlake, but thats not his 3rd Supra. Its the same one he wrecked, just without the body kit. I don't think he was doing 100 into a retaining wall, otherwise he'd be dead and it'd be totalled. The car was at the collision center for about 6 months. Now it's all fixed minus the body kit. Has 19" wheels and a pretty nice hood. It's pretty much stock. Has exhaust and an intercooler with a loud ass blowoff valve. I hear it has a bad head on it, thats why it doesn't run too good.
I think he wants to sell it because it's been wrecked and we all know wrecked cars never come back the same once they've been repaired. He is looking at getting a ZO6 or an 03 Cobra...but most likely the ZO6...and although he's spoiled, he's still a pretty cool guy.

the car isnt the same color as it was before. I guess that body kit stuff replaced everything, IE headlights, rear valence, side-skirts, window sills, etc...
A friend of his told me he was trying to show off and hit a slick water spot and spun. Its not to hard to go 100 in a supra either, he seems kind of cocky,but is tolerable when he isnt talking about what his parents just bought him.

Ryan quit bein a fag, logan is one of the most modest kids i know. This is his second supra only because he sold his first one for more than he bought it for, and no he didnt fuck it up. His supra is and always was silver. And he never ever brags about what mommy and daddy buy him, but atleast hes honest and actually admits that his parents do buy his shit unlike some people with "SNAKES".

Hell my parents are letting my live here while I put myself through school and my projects are taking up the entire garage. I am overjoyed that they let me do that.

That's the Supra that was at Caliber in Colleyville. That car was jacked up when it came in. I'm not sure what happened but it wasn't pretty. One side was completely fugged. Never got the body kit. It had to come from Japan and April would have been the soonest they could get it. It's still the same color as before minus body kit. It has a new right rear quarter panel, rear bumper, front bumper, all four wheels (19's), all four coil overs, complete off road exhaust from TRD, new intercooler from Greddy, hood, and a few other parts to go along with the paint job. I don't know the guy personally, but I wish that I could be the spoiled brat that owned something such as that and not have one dime in it. It must be nice to kick back and enjoy mom and dad's success.

I had no idea people made such assumptions as to what car you drive, or who pays for it, and how old you are when you are driving it... But as far as that goes, yeah I am a lucky kid that has a nice car, I do know that. I am sorry if you guys don't like me because of my car, that’s pretty shitty on some peoples parts considering they don’t even know me. I really don’t know why this is a big deal at all, you guys are telling me that if your parents offered you a great car you would be like, no mom the other kids wont like me if I get this car, don’t buy it.. Seriously, fuck that.. I have parents who care and want to buy me a nice car.. I really don’t see how that makes me a bad person.. I admit that I am spoiled, but I most certainly DO NOT flaunt it around by any means. This one reason I don’t really post much on forums, since everyone has something to say.. I really don’t like to get involved. Just to let you know, I have had 2 supras including the one I have now. The first one I really didn’t want to get rid of, I just got an opportunity to sell the car for more than I payed for it. The car I own now I did get into a wreck, driving back from lunch in Dallas in POORING rain with my car slammed and full body kit. (my mistake, but at least I learned from it) I was driving under the speed limit for this reason. I switched lanes and the next thing I know I am spinning. I hit a pole going around 40, if that, (not 100, I would be dead) and it mostly messed my rear body kit up. It got a little bit of the rear rim and fender/exhaust.. The car would have been in and out if it wasn't for the extensive body kit that had been on there.. As most people know the car part industry is already pretty slow moving when it comes to availability of parts. But I was waiting for months for this body kit to come in from Japan. So I said fuck it, I really don’t care about the body kit all that much and finished the deal off by putting stock bumpers back on.
I got a call from the owner of AMS saying I am looking for a Supra to buy I am interested can I come see it. He was going to come to my house, but couldn't make it b/c they were doing some work on a car. So I decided I could help him out and I drove to Arlington and let him check out the car. I got there and let them take my car around the block, trusting them and thinking a reputable company wouldn't rag on a car ecspecially under these circumstances. Well as for AMS, that’s real cool of you guys to take my car out on Cooper road and get up to 120, when I was nice enough to go out there and have them look at the car so he didn't have to drive all the way out to Southlake from Arlington. That really tells me how the company is run. I used to think it was a good company that I recommended to people. Now that just tells me the kind of people that are talking bad about me.
Personally I really don’t mind what you guys say about me and think of me.. I am nice to everyone I meet and am not cocky in anyway at all. But if you talk about me or my car at least have the facts correct. I actually think this is some what funny that people can just come up with the most random things just from what they hear.. Well anyway you guys take it easy, I am glad some of you think the car is nice, and I am sorry to all the bitter people out there who think they know it all. Thanks, Logan

To tell ya the truth, I was never intrested in the Supra. We were just bored one day, surfing the internet...and saw your car on Traderonline. One phone call, and the Supra was delivered to me before I had to leave work :) The only real reason I drove 120 on cooper was to see if it ever started pulling. It was a dog in the first couple gears, and it never really woke up :confused:
BTW, what kinda shit are you trying to pull with your wrecked supra anyways. You said several times that it had never been in an accident, and you also failed to mention that it was a NA conversion. Your lucky all I did was rag on your car....cause pulling shit like that will get you delt with, part'na!

From what I understand, it was a NA Supra, that they switched in a complete TT motor, and 6spd tranny. Still...he never mention that, or the wreck. Ohh well, like I said above...never really had any intentions of buying it....but schemeing like that deserves an ass-whooping :D

Ryan and Chris... Logan is a very nice guy, I have known him for about two years. He had a bad ass black Type R that he got when he was 15 and let me drive it just after he got it. He sold that for the black Supra... sold the black supra to Josh with the yellow vette from F/M (Truestreet guy with a shit load of NOS) he still has it as far as I know... then Logan bought the silver one, and as far as I know he told me he was getting a vette as well... he used to be really good friends with my buddy with the Turbo Teg... the Green one that everyone seems to know of now.
