Should I pull that fact stuff off, or just go over it?
Remove barrier. Dynamat needs to be bonded directly to whatever surface you're dealing with. Also, follow the directions. Use a cleaner first and use a roller to bond material. Dynamat even recommends that you scrape off any factory sound deadener like the stuff on the floor and trunk before putting their stuff down.

That is what I thought. I have some paint on deadener that is going on first, then dynasplat over that.
Thanks
