ok so i have been looking for a bike for a few months just kinda seeing whats out there for now but im going to the bank tmrw to see what i can get financed for. now i have checked craigslist everyday and everytime i find a good deal i never get an email back and the ad is gone within a few hours. so i was wondering what other places online i might be able to check out some used bikes. i will prolly go to cycle center here in denton see what they can do and maybe a few other dealers but would rather not deal with a dealer. im looking for a newish sportbike preferably 04+ Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha preferably but would consider a Kawasaki if an amazing deal came along. any help??:thanks:

Have no knowledge of this guy first hand, but I've talked with a few people who have bought from him. Generally clean bikes, no slavage titles. I think he'll even carry the note for a month or two if you can't spring all the cash at once.
What size are you looking for?

Just go to Kawasaki City in Irving and get a new one for less than many people sell used ones.

Call HighFive Cycles and ask for Quincy. Their inventory is online as well!

You can check their prices at their website, but to give you an example...Last year I was looking at a new Kawasaki ZX10R. Their out the door price was $9400. The ZX14R was only $9800 out the door. No one else would even touch that price before TTL, much less out the door. No negotiating, no haggling. They have the OTD price listed on every bike and that is what you pay.

Damm that is cheap. Not really looking spend that much tho. I think I found one last night in OK. 05 R6 10k miles almost perfect condition guy is throwing in 2 jackets(one summer one winter) and a shoie helmet and gloves for 4k. Sound like a good deal?

That does sound like a good deal for that R6....but I wouldn't be wearing someone else's nasty helmet.
You should really have a look at my '06 636. You'll have a hard time finding a cleaner bike. Yours for $5,500.

Hondas handle better, but other than the 08 1000RR their motors are bitches. I'm in the same boat as you. I keep a close eye on craigslist and cycletrader but dont see much.
I wanna find me a 1000 but older like 05ish with mods. You can pick them up for under $6000
