how the hell can I get my information to login to their online acct management? i've had fios for year if not longer and have no idea how to access that shit.
(keeps telling me my login has been disabled)

No I don't work for them but all I had to do was use my email addy and password to log in. xxxx@verizon.net ....

well looks like my accounts were removed from verizon, weird.
anyhoo, I setup a new one BUT the fucking wifi program only allows vista and 32bit xp.
so i'm fucked.

no osx support, or windows 7 support (vm), so now I have to load a vista vm just for hotspot access.
