a bit of gear whine

had you guys install some 4,10s today. on the way home i noticed gear whine.Not bad but there.hell the AC on level 3 blower and its bout drowned out.this bad sign or should i let it try and break in b4 tripping lol?

Are they new? They should not whine at all, they installed my 4.10's and have never made any noise back there.....

yeah i brought it back soon after and he drove and said not to worry.Uhm seemed a bit louder at one point but not now.That or im just used to it.Its real noticable on the highway tho.Criuze on and you here it but when i gas it to speed up a bit it gets louder not due to speed increase but the pressure being put on by the acceloration.but ive done this and would gas it to speed up and then set the criuse and it would get quieter but would still be there like b4.lol hope that makes sense.Dont want to be a bug you know.If he has time to get it on the highway then he will def hear it.You know how a fox fuel pump is loud well thats like in my back seat kinda sounding.

If they're whining like a fuel pump then they were installed incorrectly. Demand that they be fixed.

im gonna try and get it to them sat.tell him to take it on the highway and real listen to it.If he says its fine and later it goes funky then ill be mad.

What brand did you get? I heard if you get the shito brands then they can whine... Ford racing is the only ones I would use

ford racing.Im getting some wheels and tires wed.45 series instead of 35 series and that will kill alot of the road noise.Then i will see how bad it is.
