Typical 6 am crowd this morning, with a few new faces hanging around. There are these two dudes working together, grunting a little, but otherwise keeping to themselves. We end up in the same area, and I notice one guy is kinda stomping around trying to psych himself up for some 45lb DB shoulder presses. Gets the weight to his knees, his buddy SLAPs him, then gets in his face and hisses the following phrase at him : " TRANSFORM, AUTOBOT!"

thats fucking hilarious. the gym out here on kadena is getting horrible. it's a contest of who can gel their hair, wear the tightest beater, carry the most unique water jug, wear a bosox hat, and now wear the shortest shorts. these are not SF guys and it's gay as fuck, what the fuck is happening. i now spend my time at the SOG gym because of faggots like this.
