As the day went along it kept going and going and by the time I got home from work it was honestly still releasing. I'm a big ole boy at 6' 240 (not all muscle). Taking two is probably out of the question for the first month but I will definitely get some more.

One thing that I did notice about the belt(that I did not like) is that I can't do any LOW squats(as in ass to ankles).
I do these on a Bosu ball or a Reebok Core board.
For some reason, it hurts my front mid-section.
I guess it's probably because I am used to my belt that is tapered in the front though.
